1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the n77bd website and any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the n77bd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. 3 Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of n77bd services, including depositing funds, claiming bonuses, and placing wagers, you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method.

You are permitted to hold one (1) account only on the n77bd platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under your own name or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. n77bd employs technical systems to detect duplicate account creation. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice and any accumulated balance, including bonus funds and winnings, may be voided.

• Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy review and may incur an administrative fee as notified in advance.
• n77bd reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

n77bd supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All monetary amounts on the n77bd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed using the ৳ symbol.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may be adjusted at n77bd's discretion and will be communicated to players via the platform or by email notification. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to player accounts instantly. Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business hours following completion of the required identity verification checks.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using another person's bKash or Nagad account — are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request will only be processed to a payment account that matches the verified identity of the registered player.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

n77bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including but not limited to: a welcome deposit bonus, daily reload bonus, weekly cashback, and free spins packages. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is displayed at the point of opt-in. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the relevant bonus; any unmet wagering balance and associated bonus funds will expire at the end of that period.

• A player may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified by n77bd.

6 Games, Sports Betting & Fair Play

• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing as live events develop. n77bd accepts no liability for bets placed on suspended markets due to platform latency issues on the player's side.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the n77bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the n77bd platform or to place wagers.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the n77bd platform or in any game hosted on the platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker variants or coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate game outcomes.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point, including during registration, KYC verification, or when contacting support.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to mask your true location or identity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing n77bd support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account or to intercept data transmitted between a player and the n77bd platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the n77bd platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain name, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, images, game assets, software code, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of n77bd or is used under licence from the respective rights holders. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the n77bd platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or in any other way exploit any content on the n77bd platform without the express prior written consent of n77bd.

Game assets, trademarks, and intellectual property belonging to third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the property of those respective providers and are used by n77bd under the relevant licensing agreements. No rights in third-party IP are transferred to you by virtue of your use of the n77bd platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

n77bd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their n77bd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

n77bd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. n77bd will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service availability but does not guarantee uptime and shall not be liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit n77bd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

n77bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed by n77bd due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, bonus funds, and winnings — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the verified account balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
